Pay: £8.00 per hour
Working Hours: 40 hours. 20% off your working week will be off the job learning.

What Being an Apprentice Involves

As an Early Years Apprentice, you’ll be part of a supportive team, learning while making a positive impact in children’s lives. You’ll:

• Dedicate 20% of your week to training, with the remainder spent gaining hands-on experience in a vibrant, nurturing environment.
• Help create a warm, fun, and safe space where children thrive.
• Engage children in play-based activities inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Support children’s developmental milestones and keep parents informed with updates.
• Assist with daily routines, maintaining the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and care.

About our Nursery 

The Old Station Nursery Pershore embodies a nurturing home-from-home environment in the local town of Pershore. We are set across 3 spacious rooms all with outdoor access. Baby room catering for children 0-18months, with dedicated sleep and sensory room, Topdots- catering for 18months to 2.5years and our large open plan Pre-school with free-flow outdoor area catering for 2.5 until school leaver. Qualified chef who prepares all meals on site. Located conveniently, our nursery offers a unique blend of indoor and outdoor learning experiences designed to foster curiosity, discovery and enjoyment. The Old Station Nursery Pershore is ideally situated just a short stroll from Pershore town centre and adjacent to Pershore train station on Station Road. Conveniently located only 2 minutes from the A44, our nursery offers parking right outside.
